hxmy proxy (“the App”) is developed by mzstd (“we”, “us”). In short: the App runs entirely on your device and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to any third party.

1. No Data Collection

We do not collect, record, or have access to any of your personal information. The App has no account system, no login, and no server operated by us. We cannot see who you are or how you use the App.

2. How the App Works

hxmy proxy is a local proxy gateway. It runs HTTP / HTTPS CONNECT, SOCKS5, and PAC proxy endpoints on your local network so that other devices you own can route their traffic through your phone’s own network connection. When forwarding traffic, the App acts only as a pass-through relay between your local devices and your phone’s network. Traffic content is not sold, uploaded, or retained in a readable form by us.

3. Information Stored Only on Your Device

The following stay on your device and are never uploaded to us or anyone else:

App settings (ports, selected network interfaces, performance presets).
Optional proxy credentials, stored encrypted on the device.
Routing rules and ad-blocking lists (bundled with the app and processed locally).
Local diagnostics and monitoring data (traffic rates, connected client IP addresses, accessed domains) shown inside the app for your own troubleshooting. These remain on the device and can be cleared by you at any time.

4. No Third-Party Sharing, Analytics, or Ads

The App contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics or tracking libraries, and no third-party services that collect data. Nothing about you is shared with anyone.

5. Permissions

Foreground service & notifications — to keep the sharing service running and show its current status.
Network / local network access — to run the proxy and forward traffic between your local devices and your phone’s network.

These permissions are used solely to provide the App’s core function, not to collect data.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is a general-purpose networking tool and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

hxmy proxy（“本应用”）由 mzstd（“我们”）开发。一句话概括：本应用完全在你的设备上运行，不会向我们或任何第三方收集、存储或传输任何个人数据。

1. 不收集数据

我们不收集、不记录、也无法访问你的任何个人信息。本应用没有账号系统、无需登录，我们也没有运营任何服务器。我们无法知道你是谁，也无法知道你如何使用本应用。

2. 本应用如何工作

hxmy proxy 是一个本地代理网关。它在你的本地网络上运行 HTTP / HTTPS CONNECT、SOCKS5 与 PAC 代理端口，让你自己的其他设备借用这台手机的网络连接上网。在转发流量时，本应用仅作为你的本地设备与手机网络之间的直通中继。流量内容不会被我们出售、上传，也不会以可读形式留存。

3. 仅存储在你设备上的信息

以下信息仅保存在你的设备上，绝不会上传给我们或任何他人：

应用设置（端口、所选网络接口、性能档位）。
可选的代理账号密码，以加密方式存储在设备上。
分流规则与广告拦截列表（随应用内置，均在本地处理）。
本地诊断与监控数据（流量速率、已连接客户端 IP、访问过的域名），仅在应用内展示供你自行排查，始终保留在设备上，你可随时清除。

4. 不与第三方共享、无统计、无广告

本应用不含任何广告 SDK、不含任何统计或追踪库，也不接入任何会收集数据的第三方服务。你的任何信息都不会被分享给任何人。

5. 权限说明

前台服务与通知 —— 用于维持共享服务运行并显示当前状态。
网络 / 本地网络访问 —— 用于运行代理，并在你的本地设备与手机网络之间转发流量。

这些权限仅用于实现本应用的核心功能，而非收集数据。

6. 儿童隐私

本应用是通用型网络工具，并非面向儿童设计。它不会在知情的情况下收集包括儿童在内的任何人的数据。

7. 本政策的变更

我们可能会不时更新本政策。任何变更都会更新到本页面，并标注新的“最后更新”日期。
